Planning & Analytics Consultant (ICH Europe)

What will you do?

Although no two days at Accenture are the same, the most common SAC Planning & Analytics Consultant tasks will include:

• Design and development of cutting-edge, innovative, powerful SAC planning and analytics solutions

• Advise on state-of-the-art planning and reporting solutions including preparation of proof of concepts

• Work directly with clients, conduct design thinking sessions, gather requirements, and translate them into functional designs

• Explore large datasets, execute data preparation, create planning/data models, and develop best-in-class dashboards and applications

• Assessment and improvement of existing solutions

• Participate in strategic cross-domain projects that require technical and business acumen

• Participate in large-scale digital transformation programs working with international teams and collaborating with the brightest minds.

Who and what we are looking for?

• Minimum bachelor’s degree preferably in finance and/or computer science

• Experience in the design and development of SAC solutions including SAC as a planning tool, designing/implementing data models

• Knowledge of financial controlling and enterprise performance management aspects

• Sound knowledge of SAP data structures, End to End dataflow, SAC predictive capabilities, augmented analytics, forecasting, etc.

• Familiarity and willingness to work with modern, market-leading SAP technologies: SAP Analytics Cloud and also DataSphere, SAP BW, BPC, SAP S/4HANA

• Problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking ability, directed at defining innovative solutions

• Strong communication skills: ability to explain solutions verbally and in writing

• English at a professional level, additional proficiency in German or French is highly welcomed.

• Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Cracow, Wroclaw, Lodz and Gdansk

• We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.
