Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our IT Operations Center of Excellence and contribute to various initiatives and projects aimed at modernizing our IT landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the delivery of services related to IT infrastructure and network
• Provide oversight of the work of key service providers in the areas of infrastructure and network
• Participate in and lead various projects and improvements related to infrastructure and network
• Support internal IT teams and service providers in the event of major incidents

Challenges:

• Increasing infrastructure redundancy
• Implementing cost optimization and automation of cloud infrastructure
• Implementing passwordless/Windows Hello authentication for users
• Consolidating DNS services
• Building monitoring and CMBD for IT infrastructure
• Migrating on-premise applications to the cloud

Who are we looking for?

• An individual with a proven track record of working with cloud infrastructure
• Familiar with security concepts and good practices is a plus (not mandatory)
• Familiar with ITIL good practices
• Flexible, willing to learn new things, open to challenge others and to be challenged (in a meaningful way)
• Knowledge of Cisco Meraki and Fortinet is a plus
