Now, you decide, because we are looking for a talented Office Manager to join our team. As a Office Manager at Apptension you will be expected to: As Teamdeck CEO you will be expected to:
  • prepare and archive forms, reports, memos, and documents (both formal and informal)
  • cooperate with the external Accounting Office (holiday requests, health and safety regulations, vacations, attendance lists, etc.)
  • prepare all documents for new employees using ready-made templates
  • organize and coordinate business trips (domestic and international)
  • ensure the office is a welcoming and functional workplace by monitoring equipment, supplies, cleanliness, and arranging repairs
  • support the People & Culture department in onboarding new employees and assist in organizing company events, client workshops, and meetings
  • aimed at implementing, and maintaining employee benefits programs
  • issue sales invoices and monitor their payments
  • handle overdue invoice collection, including sending reminders and controlling overdue payments
  • set up payments for cost invoices
  • maintain electronic employee files

Requirements Must-have skills & experience
  • + 3 years of experience in administrative work
  • experience in the HR area (Cooperation with an external HR office, preparation of contracts based on existing templates, holiday requests, leave accounting, attendance list )
  • experience in organizing business travel (domestic and international)
  • excellent knowledge of Excel
  • availability for hybrid work - 2 days remotely, 3 days in our office in Poznań
  • good command of English both spoken and written (at least B2) - English used in a daily work
  • strong communication skills
  • strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • detail-oriented attitude
  • ability to research data quickly and accurately
