QA Manual Engineer

Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a QA Manual Engineer to join its team for working with a company from Kazakhstan.

The customer is the market leader and the largest microfinance organization in Kazakhstan. It represents a business model of a classic microfinance organization, successfully adapted to the economy of Kazakhstan, focused on financing micro and small businesses, predominantly in rural areas. The company is focused on building long-term partnership relationships with clients based on mutual trust, understanding, and respect.

The project is in the field of Fintech, aimed at an innovative approach to providing banking services.

Requirements

• Experience as a QA Manual Engineer for 6+ months.
• Experience with DBMS (any, e.g. PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of different types of testing (functional, regression, UI/UX, performance, etc.).
• Ability to work with task management and bug-tracking systems (Jira, etc.).
• Ability to clearly formulate and present test results, write clear bug reports.
• Ability to interact effectively with developers, designers and other project participants.

Desired skills

• Knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge or experience with mobile testing (iOS/Android).
• Experience or willingness to work with mobile testing tools (Appium, TestFlight, Android Studio, Xcode).
• Basic knowledge or willingness to work with test automation.
• Experience in testing RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of the principles of user interface design and user experience.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
