Business Analyst (pharma background)

Were looking for a Business Analyst who will participate in a pharma project to support digitalization of the clinical trials.

• Execute RTSM development process from kickoff to system go live, including ongoing system change control and system closeout.
• Cooperates with the internal stakeholders and RTSM vendors to develop study specific requirements, creates and enforces the use of standards.
• Monitors and analyzes system change requests and identifies corrective actions for utilization of standards.
• Day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues.
• Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines.
• Create backlogs/Story/Epic in JIRA (as appropriate) and work on it based on the business priority.
• Work in multi-functional teams across programming, biostatistics, data management and clinical sciences.

• About 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in clinical development and/ or software development environment preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical trial development processes .
• Experience in working in regulated environment (preferably GxP)
• Experience in working in SCRUM or SAFe agile teams.
• Experience in delivering or developing workshop material, training, gap analyses, or requirements gathering sessions with business and system stakeholders.
• Some knowledge of CI/CD, JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Automated Testing tools would be a plus.

• Remuneration based on a B2B model: 23 520 – 25 200 PLN (140 –150 PLN/h) + VAT wages may vary depending on experience and qualifications of a given candidate.
