You will take on a critical role within Moderna’s International Finance team, focusing on managing the accuracy and efficiency of Accounts Payable (AP) for our dynamic international operations. Embracing both urgency and innovation, your day-to-day activities will have a direct impact on our financial performance and operational success.

Heres What You’ll Do:Your key responsibilities will be:
Ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing with an emphasis on precision and urgency.

Using OCR technology to improve invoice processing efficiency and accuracy.

Contributing to the monthly financial closing process and standardization of the AP process.

Your responsibilities will also include:
Collaborating closely with the Global AP team and contributing to AP stakeholder analysis.

Handling vendor relations, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining effective communication channels.

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in the AP process for superior financial service delivery.

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

0.5-1 years’ experience in AP processes and accounting, preferably with knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication skills necessary for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience with SAP, Open Text, and familiarity with international VAT rules highly regarded.

Excellent Polish and English skills, both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus.
