We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join us on a 1 year Fixed-Term Contract. As a key member of the Global Operations Transformation team, you will develop high quality solutions that are part of a larger strategic learning strategy to enhance employee performance.

You will be familiar with all aspects of the instructional development process, and be proficient in rapid e-learning development tools such as Articulate 360s suite of apps.

Your role in our mission:

• Create learning experiences that result in the acquisition and application of knowledge and skills
• Follow a system, like ADDIE or SAM for assessing needs, designing a process, developing materials, implementing and evaluating effectiveness of learning programs
• Work with leadership and internal team members to design, support and maintain strategic learning initiatives, including: new program development, program evaluation, course maintenance, and process documentation
• Work independently, with subject matter experts to design, develop and support learning programs, including content development, quality assurance, testing and evaluation

Valued skills and experience:

• 2-4 years experience in the Learning and Development sector
• Experience of instructional design; including e-learning, virtual instructor led, and traditional classroom instructor led training
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google slides
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
