Job Purpose We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Field Service Support to join our growing Team in Krakow Engineering Center.In your role, you will be responsible for providing support regarding hardware and software requests to users in Krakow
site. Maintain the SLAs for IDS Incidents and Requests, by delivering high level of quality to TechnipFMC users and VIP’s
following the IDS global processes. Manage local stockroom ensuring all IDS end user assets are recurrently updated in
the IDS asset tool (ServiceNow). Also raising tickets in order to replace the stock devices, avoiding business impact due
to the lack of IDS equipment Job Description Job responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining PCs, peripherals (local and network printers, scanners), and other end user equipment.
- Ticket monitoring and handling, ensuring the delivery of requests and incident support within the agreed SLA
- Acting as an IDS POC for end users, consulting and instructing users on hardware and software questions/issues
- Acting as smart hands for Server, Storage, Backup Network equipment and IT end points
- Collaborating with other IDS Data Center and Network Infrastructure teams
- Managing and reporting local IT inventory
- Deliver a professional, customer focused and high performing service in line with agreed service levels and Best Practices
- Aiding with office moves (moving and set-up of IT equipment)
- Performing all other necessary tasks related to IT support of the local and regionally supported locations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology related field or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with computer imaging technologies
- Experience in Microsoft tools, especially Windows 10 and O365
- Experience working in an operational environment and interaction with other IT areas
- Experience working with an IT ticketing solution (Service Manager, SNOW preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Very good command of English
