• In order to realize our growth plans, we are looking for a business consultant within the Professional Services team for our office in Warsaw
• Within this department you will be partly responsible for the implementation, consultancy and business support to our customers. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to successfully implement and configure our software solutions
• Responsible for the entire implementation process of PTV Logistics software products at the customers site
• Conducting thorough needs analyses and translating customer requirements into concrete software configurations
• Designing and configuring the logistics software applications based on the specific needs of each customer
• Assisting customers in integrating our software into their existing logistics systems
• Provide training and workshops for users to familiarize them with the software functionalities
• Providing technical support during the implementation process and resolving any issues or bottlenecks that may arise
• Collaborate with the development team to gather customer feedback and suggest new functionalities
• Document the implementation processes, configurations and solutions

• You have at least a bachelor degree (or equivalent through experience)
• You are , junior (1-2 y) or mid (3-5 y) with experience in a similar function or related field
• You have affinity with transport & logistics
• You have a good understanding software integration (API) and project management
• You can empathize with the customers transport logistics & other business processes
• You are strongly customer-oriented: good at relationship management. You are not afraid of communication and social interaction
• You are proactive: you make proposals yourself and come up with solutions
• You are analytical, accurate, flexible and like to take initiative
• Fluent in Polish and English. Additional regional language skills from East Europe and a faible for logistics are an advantage
