About the role:
Commerce Media tech is seeking an open-minded Junior Account Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of the companys current clients
  • Identifying and exploiting opportunities to increase sales to existing clients
  • Introducing new customers to the companys products (onboarding, training)
  • Developing effective methods of communication with clients
  • Proactively advise clients to enhance their full potential of using company products
  • Supporting clients in the preparation of campaigns and in the optimization process
  • Monitoring the compliance of advertisements with customer requirements and legal regulations
  • Collecting feedback from customers and suggesting product improvements
  • Close cooperation with Marketing, Business Development, Product, Compliance and Accounting teams
  • Managing team projects and tasks in order to achieve team goals

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Desire to learn and adapt fast according to a changing market environment
Nice to have:
  • Interest and a solid understanding of the online advertising industry, esp. performance marketing
  • First-hand experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Support or Marketing -like positions
  • Experience managing online advertising campaigns
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent partner experience
  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt the tone to suit the audience
  • High sense of ownership and proactivity
  • Fluency in any other language is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Asana, Miro and Hubspot platforms
