Program Manager I, Apptio Engineering and Employee Experience

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Shape the employee engagement strategy for Apptio Poland
• Organize and run existing Apptio Poland employee engagement activities like All Hands meetings, site award programs, charity events, and site parties.
• Organize knowledge sharing activities
• Organize local onsite Apptio’s Product & Engineering events (e.g. hackathons)
• Prepare internal and external communication, including social media
• Help shape external employer branding for Apptio Poland
• Work with Marketing team on updates of Apptio Poland website
• Help in preparation of Apptio leadership visits in Poland
• Provide administrative assistance to Apptio Poland Site Leader

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Very good understanding of employee engagement concepts

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• High-level of creativity
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Good knowledge of vector graphic tools like Canva
• Preferably past experience in a similar role
