• Reviewing account information, organizing and creating billing documents and maintain corresponding files
• Actively communicating in own responsibility area, co-operation with other departments in organization
• Taking responsibility for invoicing process documentation and creating instructions
• Supporting in continuous improvements of billing operation processes, providing ideas and implementing changes
• Ensuring accurate and on-time billing and customer claim crediting within UPM Raflatac Business
• Resolving complex billing and customer problems
• Supporting end users in daily billing and customer claim crediting tasks
• Ensuring that best practices and correct working procedures are followed
• Testing and implementation of developed new features

Who you are

• You have minimum a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of work experience in relevant area or in other departments such as AR, AP, GL
• You are fluent in English and have experience in an international business environment
• You are willing to work with SAP as your daily tool
• You are a great team worker, open to share your ideas and consult challenges, have good collaboration and communication skills
• You show versatility when faced with diverse scenarios and can handle responsibilities independently
• You grasp technical concepts with ease
• You are willing to look for and implement improvements and optimizations in your responsibilities
• You have ability to communicate and act as a member of a global virtual team within a multinational corporation
