As a Team Manager, you will be an ambassador of the Brand.

  • You will take ownership to lead and coach your team, build Client relationships, proactively foster the achievement of sales goals and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered.
  • You will be responsible to recruit and build highly motivated teams, develop them to the next level.
  • You will represent the Brand values and demonstrate the Louis Vuitton attitudes toward Clients and team members.

PROFIL

Main requirements:

  • Completed Higher Education
  • Relevant experience in international company (retail, hospitality, restaurant business) at least 3 years
  • Experience of team management (as Store/Team/Sales Manager) with team under supervision at least 4-6 people
  • Fluent Polish and English – must

The successful candidate should possess the following interpersonal skills:

  • Agile personality, dealing with ambiguity
  • Target oriented
  • Fashion driven
  • Passionate about the Brand, leadership and mature approach is a must
