We are currently looking to extend our team with a:

JUNIOR PROCESS SPECIALIST LATAM

You will contribute to timely supply of our global customers in LATAM through compliant processes. You will oversees & executes some activities related to order creation, shipping, shipment tracking, updating statuses in the system till goods arrival at destination. You will manage Accounts Receivable for Avient Companies in LATAM and execute standard tasks from cash application, cash collection, account reconciliation and finance billing. You will closely interact with internal and external stakeholders supervised by senior roles.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

• Create Export Orders in SAP,
• Manage customer specific requests on global mailboxes.
• Create Delivery Notes in SAP.
• Coordinate export shipments with carriers and warehouses.
• Coordinate import shipments from port of destination to our warehouses.
• Manage shipping documents and statuses in SAP.
• Comply with Legal Requirements and Import & Export Procedures.
• Allocate customer payments and post bank statements.
• Maintain accounts receivable files and records.
• Manage financial charges and upload invoices to customer portals.
• Proactively collect and manage customer disputes.
• Apply work instructions and working references and ensure adherence to defined standard operations procedures.
• Act as a backup for other team members/s as per aligned backup structure. Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Support improvement projects and scope enhancement / knowledge transfer activities.
• Participate in daily team briefings and regular team and GBS meetings.
• Maintain positive work relationship with members of other teams in and outside of the GBS to whom information is provided or from whom information is gathered.
• Interface with other GBS teams to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Studies in progress in the related field (IT, accounting, logistics, supply chain, philology, controlling) or min bachelors degree in other fields.
• 0-1 years of related experience, preferred in SSC/GBS/BPO environment. ERP system practical/theoretical knowledge would be a plus.
• English written and verbal communication at B1, other language at B2.
• Effective team communication and collaboration.
• Action oriented and resilient.
• Understanding processes and process execution.
• Go-See-Act Approach.
