As our Events and Communications Specialist, youll be at the heart of boosting our companys visibility, directly driving sales and business growth. Youll manage Ramps presence at events, craft product, and company announcements, and support our brand activities, all aimed at achieving commercial results. Youll work closely with various teams to ensure our messaging is spot-on and engaging, creating strong connections with our partners and stakeholders.

What you will be doing

Event management - sales events, brand events

• Organize and execute company events, including conferences, side events, webinars.
• Handle ticketing, invoicing, and budget management.
• Identify key attendees, and assist the team with coordination and follow-up activities.
• Apply for speaking opportunities and manage engagements.
• Analyze event efficiency and effectiveness, providing strategic insights for improvement.

Product and company announcements

• Collaborate with different teams to develop and publish announcements.
• Write clear, compelling announcements for product launches and company news.
• Notify partners and stakeholders of key updates.

Brand activities support

• Identify and develop partnerships with industry leaders, and organizations to expand the brands reach and credibility.
• Assist with awards submissions and industry ratings.
• Support brand activities to enhance the companys visibility and reputation.

What you will bring:

• Proven experience in communications, PR, and event management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in communications and marketing software tools.

• Qualities we look for

• You are highly attentive to details, knowing they shape the overall impression in copy or events.
• You have great taste and recognize good design and the latest in tech.
