Key responsibilities As a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer (m/f/d) at PTV Group, you will play a pivotal role in designing, customizing, and implementing solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality CRM solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced developer (m/f/d) who is passionate about creating seamless and efficient CRM experiences.

• Design, develop, and implement customized Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our organization.
• Collaborate with PM and PO to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Customize and extend CRM functionalities through configuration, plugin development, cloud flows, and other customization techniques.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other business applications and third-party solutions to ensure a seamless and interconnected ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to CRM configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing CRM solutions.
• Stay informed about the latest updates and features within the Dynamics 365 CRM platform to ensure the organization is leveraging the full potential of the technology.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, with a strong understanding of the platforms capabilities.
• Proficient in customizing CRM entities, forms, views, workflows, and dashboards.
• Experience with plugin development, JavaScript, .NET Core, C#, and other relevant technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
