Junior UX Designer (e-Xperience Associate)

What does this role involve

• You will learn the entire research and design process in detail and see how new solutions are created at Allegro
• Under the supervision of an experienced designer, you will learn the secrets of the design workshop
• Under the supervision of an experienced researcher, you will learn how to use research tools and techniques and how to best match them to the problem
• You will work closely with designers, researchers and analysts, product managers, and development teams
• You will help them define user needs and problems and develop new products and solutions

We are looking for people who:

• Are interested in the topics of usability, user experience, design thinking, user-centered design and associate their professional future with it
• They are inquisitive, first of all they want to understand what are the needs of Allegro customers and merchants, and how can the process be improved for them - this interests them more than the visual layer of the project itself
• They are insightful observers and are not afraid to ask difficult questions
• They accept feedback and are able to draw appropriate conclusions from it
• They interact easily with others and feel comfortable working in a team environment
• They are able to think analytically
• Know English at B2+ level
