- Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasting and resource allocations for the program, prioritizing based on strategic decisions.
- Establish Project Governance to communicate frequently and appropriately
- Maintain standard change control process, deploy and maintain risk, issue and decision logs
- Drive horizontal implementation of transformation efforts to drive scalability of solutions
- Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements
- Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of processes and people
- Build and manage relationships with the client and all stakeholders
- Develop and build up a strong relationship with internal and external clients.
- Ensure sufficiently trained staff is available to service the client/s and deliver quality service.
- Assume responsibility for the implementation of client specific projects (new business development review, planning & roll out).
- Manage relationships with the goal of meeting/exceeding service delivery standards.
- Represent State Street by serving on internal and external committees and industry associations.
- Evaluate current methods and strategies. Communicate and manage implementation of changes and improvements.
- Responsible for the direction and training of subordinate managers and staff.
- Resolve employee complaints.
- Evaluate subordinate managerial performance.
- Responsible for developing department budget and staffing projections; monitors and approves department expenses.

- Significant exposure to Financial Services and Capital Markets industry – experience in Fund Administration, Investment Compliance will be an asset
- Strong experience in shaping organization’s strategy and advancing the growth agenda
- Strong work-ethic with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Experience with Agile software development, highly configurable systems and leading testing techniques
