North America Procurement Operations Analyst

As a Procurement Operations Analyst, youll join an amazing, multilingual, and multinational team within the Buying Center in Krakow, supporting internal clients across the North America region. Your daily tasks will focus on:

• Processing Purchase Orders (POs),
• Managing and reconciling orders to information on receipts,
• Supporting other operational teams who consume data provided by the core operations team and liaising with them to ensure the transactions are going smoothly,
• Identifying risks, issues, or concerns to drive best practices,
• Participating in strategic platform changes and process improvement projects.

Thanks to your excellent communication skills, open and can-do attitude, youll build and maintain a partnership with internal stakeholders (ex. Sourcing Managers, Suppliers, Line Business Partners), understanding their needs and working together to identify operating issues or non-efficiencies. Youll be responsible for properly handing over the activity to designated people within the team as needed.
