Implement the supplier for ADM’s Source to Pay system (Coupa Portal).
This includes the following:

• Act as Point of Contact and support for ADM suppliers transacting on Coupa Portal
• Effectively plan to define outcomes, identify changes, and implement solutions
• Ensure compliance with all ADM policies and procedures
• Recommend, develop, and implement process and system improvements to continuously improve efficiency and strengthen controls
• Interact with multiple levels of Accounting, IT, Internal Audit, and Commercial and Operational Management
• Effectively partner with other internal departments to accomplish tasks
• Work efficiently and expediently to accomplish goals
• Edit/review/create ADM specific supplier training material
• Identify and address problem areas within Account Payable processes
• Enable suppliers to transact via cXML, CSP, SAN (electronic invoicing within the portal)

Your Profile

• 2+ years of relevant job experience required,
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred,
• Working knowledge of Excel, Sharepoint will be an advantage,
• Working knowledge of SAP, Coupa will be an advantage,
• Expected to complete projects within specified deadlines,
• Ability to analyze and design business processes,
• Create a positive work environment through teamwork & conflict resolution
• Fluent in English
• Spanish and/or Italian language skills would be an advantage
