Mechanik Obsługi - Tapicer

• Minimum 2 years of experience painting and preparing surfaces/parts for paint
• Matching of technical parameters and tools indeed for painting
• Preparation surfaces for painting by removing old paint using paint removers or abrasives
• Maintains and stores spray guns pressure pots, hoses, respirators and other similar safety devices
• Identification the factors that influence of painting quality
• Knowledge of the scope and limitation of various categories of maintenance and their application to the contract unit required
• Ability to control technological process
• Ability to assessment quality of paint coats
• Possess solid teaming and communication skills
• Full commitment in realized work and availability
• Willingness to working a 12- hour shift pattern
• Experience in the aviation painting field – welcomed

• Mechanically or chemically clean/strip corrosion, rust, old paint, and other finishes from product to be painted
• Prepare various surfaces for application of primer and final finish coatings utilizing manual and power sanding and brushing equipment and products
• Mix and apply primers/top coats in accordance with different paint manufacture technical data sheets
• Properly care for and maintain shop equipment and tools
