Leadership and Management
1. Providing strong leadership to the executive team and the entire organization.
2. Cultivating a positive corporate culture and promoting ethical business practices.
3. Building and maintaining a high-performing management team by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.

Financial Oversight
1. Ensuring the company’s financial health by monitoring performance, managing budgets, and overseeing financial planning.
2. Making decisions on the allocation of resources, including capital and human resources, to achieve strategic goals.
3. Identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks.
4. Take responsibility for P&L and other financial metrics.

Operations and Performance

• Experience in leading operations in international business;
• 5+ years experience in Fintech/Crypto/Retail company with a focus on B2C/B2B business development; 5+ years experience in IT management/CEO/COO/Operations Director/General Management/Managing Director;
• Experience in digital marketing, knowledge of latest marketing trends is a must;
• Experience in finance modeling, proven P&L budgeting and planning experience;
• Experience with KPI system implementation;
• Experience with building and providing processes according to the red vertical system;
• Established network of contacts within the fintech industry would be a plus;
• A strong leadership and networking ability;
• Fluent English is a must.
