Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid work arrangement)

Main responsibilities:

• Customer annual performance analysis (customer audit)
• Customer annual assortment and activation recommendation
• Customer annual assortment targets performance tracking

• Annual loyalty plan definition, development and tracking (sell in/through incentives not related to pricing)
• Annual promotional plan definition, development and tracking (sell out promotions management)
• Annual customer merchandise/Assets needs definition, delivery management and tracking
• Customer trade marketing budget management (projection of needs vs targets, allocation across activities, tracking of ROI)

• Localization and delivery of Customer engagement calendar (newsletters, events, ad hoc contents)
• Customer presentations on assortment and activation plans recommendation

• Localization and delivery of Sales activation calendar (Pitch decks)
• Supports sales enablement team on educational content cascade

• At least 2-3 years of experience on a similar position (in trade marketing, preferably cooperating with e-commerce pure players)
• Knowledge and understanding of business and marketing processes
• Budget management & campaign planning capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Very good knowledge of Polish & English language (written and spoken)
• A proactive approach, especially when looking for alternative solutions
• Excellent analitycal skills & Excel knowledge
• Ability to complete tasks within the deadline
• Ability to collaborate on projects with colleagues from different departments
• Drivers license & flexibility in terms of business travels across EEN region (approx. one business trip per month)
