About the role Take the lead in shaping the future of payroll at Reckitt as our Shared Service Supervisor / Payroll Lead. This pivotal role is the cornerstone of ensuring our employees are rewarded with precision and punctuality. Were looking for a champion of efficiency who isnt just there to oversee payroll operations but to innovate them. Your responsibilities- Oversee a dedicated payroll team, guaranteeing precise payroll execution within our shared services.
- Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently, in line with company policies and legal compliance.
- Reconcile payroll data rigorously, upholding accuracy and rectifying any discrepancies swiftly.
- Provide expert advice and responses to payroll-related questions from employees and stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive results and drive continuous payroll improvement.
- Generate accurate reports for internal use and statutory compliance, encompassing payroll summaries and analytics.
- Significant experience working in the field of Data and Analytics - developed and lead analytics based interventions that have driven business performance
- Knowledge of HR reporting systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors and MS Azure
- Strong communication skills with significant experience presenting complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
- Relationship Management – ability to build, establish and maintain influential relationships to drive effective decision making.
