  • Assisting with formal matters related to the input of contracts, invoices, and contractor data into the system.
  • Email and telephone communication with other departments within the company to resolve discrepancies.
  • Issuing invoices and fiscalizing sales.
  • Participation in the debt collection process.
  • Handling accounting software and entering data into the system.
  • Preparing accounting reports and documents.
  • Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure proper circulation of documents and data.
  • Monitoring payment deadlines and sending reminders for overdue payments.
  • Archiving accounting documents and maintaining order in documentation.
You will need
  • Minimum secondary education, preferably in a field related to accounting or administration.
