WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Exercising your communication skills by dealing with clients’ inquiries and requests by email or chat or phone (less than 30%)
  • Ensuring Individual Customers (Consumers) will receive advice and support in connection to our global brand "GLO"
  • Maintaning our Customer Relationship system (CRM) to record all inbcoming/outcoming connections with Consumer
  • Building great Consumer expeience by solving and providing advice on any profuct questions, queries, suggestions or complains


ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Natural communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in both German and English
  • High learning and adaptation skills
  • Very good know-how of handling objections
  • Enthusiastic, determined and stress-resistant
