What will you do:

• Drive various Supply Chain projects, with a primary focus on ensuring timely deliveries, managing exceptions, and overseeing inventory.

• Identify the materials needed and create purchase orders.

• Manage the scheduling and monitoring of material and product supply and delivery.

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and distributors, independently addressing any risks or inquiries.

• Handle inventory issues, changes in schedules, and cancellations.

• Generate necessary reports for clients according to agreed upon frequencies.

• Collaborate closely with team leads to understand their supply chain objectives and align business requirements with process solutions to meet overall goals.

• Provide analyses like root cause and what if scenarios related to timely order placement, delivery, inventory planning, and exception management.

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Make sure that SLAs and KPIs are achieved.

• Involve team members in day to day operations and assist leads in allocating workloads effectively within the team.
