What you will do:

• Assist Clients with queries received by email.

• Maintain regular relationship with both suppliers and Client.

• Perform reconciliation of suppliers outstanding statement and AP open invoices.

• Book invoices in various tools.

• Perform internal audit on processed invoices and make manual corrections.

• Monitor the payables and unreconciled payment lines while also reconciling aged debit and credit items.

• Follow up and resolve invoice related queries.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.

What we expect from you:

• Fluency in English and Romanian languages (min. B2 level in both is required).

• High accuracy and focus on details.

• Flexibility, especially in the period of month year end closing.

• Ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment as well as ability to plan, organize and perform work in accordance with the targets.

• Good knowledge of Excel and Word

• Educational background in finance, accounting or economy is an advantage.

• Ability to work from the office located in Warsaw city centre (2/3 days per week).
