CRM Expert CDMO

Your responsibilities:

• Implement CRM strategy, including planning and launching creative lead generation campaigns.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CRM actions.
• Manage customer knowledge and GDPR compliance.
• Create and maintain CRM procedures, training programs, and processes.
• Partner with multiple business functions to develop optimizations and best practices, ensuring a cohesive approach to CRM.
• Analyze and improve customer touchpoints to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Continuously monitor and optimize CRM metrics to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Prepare analysis on CRM performance to support strategic decision-making and demonstrate the impact of CRM initiatives.
