Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Data and People Analytics Analyst to join our growing Data and People Analytics team. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager of Data & People Analytics and will be responsible for delivering end to end reporting and data analytics across the full employee lifecycle and play a pivotal role in leading the organization towards a data-driven and insight-led culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Collecting, reporting and analyzing people data, including but not limited to headcount, turnover, diversity, recruitment, performance and compensation metrics, as well as providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
Creating reports and dashboards that effectively communicate HR data insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Work closely with HR and other departments to develop and implement data-driven strategies and solutions that improve decision making and overall organizational performance.
Development of internal reporting standards and processes to ensure consistency of people analytics and efficient reporting being provided to the business.
Craft and develop reports while adhering to internal standards to ensure reuse and maintainability.
Troubleshoot report issues as needed.
Continuously evaluate the efficiency of existing reports and recommend improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and standard methodologies in HR data analytics.
Qualifications:
Experience with Workday, including an understanding of the Workday reporting, data structure and system capabilities is preferred.
Experience in HR reporting, data analysis, or people analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of HR practices and policies is preferred.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI etc.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
High proficiency in Excel.
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Ability to work independently while being a strong phenomenal teammate.
