The Registration Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end onboarding and data management of investors. You will ensure all accounts are set up accurately, regulatory requirements are met, and queries are resolved within strict SLA timelines.


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret application forms accurately and ensure correct data setup in internal systems.
  • High attention to detail when maintaining static data and wire instructions within core platforms.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to manage and respond to internal and external queries via email and internal systems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactive approach to task management, including monitoring incoming requests and prioritizing workload effectively.
  • Solid understanding of compliance processes, including Client Due Diligence (CDD) requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly Compliance or Oversight functions, to ensure adherence to procedures.
  • Ability to follow strict internal policies and departmental guidelines while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to request and obtain missing documentation efficiently.
  • Experience in handling sensitive data updates, including performing verification processes such as mandatory call-backs.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
