About this opportunity As Manager, iTero Fulfillment you will be responsible of managing all iTero scanners shipments from different countries (for example from Israel to Polska) and to the end customers. You will be responsible also for warehousing, Inventory levels, RMA processes for repair, replenish inventory, spare parts planning and delivery to customers and personnel. Your office will be located near Wrocław. In this role, you will… Scanner shipments coordination from Israel to Polska, Scanner shipment coordination from Polska to Customers, Prioritization according to needs, All hub related coordination (people and space), Allocate space in warehouse and increase the capacity as needed, Prepare the infrastructure for any required present or future iTero project, Return faulty parts to Israel for repair on timely manner, Responsible for inventory levels and SLA, Responsible E2E operation side of scanners and parts, Work directly with the planner and logistic coordinator in IL, Responsible to maintain SAP updated on time, Spare Parts management, New material coordination, Manage the team of professional and technical levels from the fulfilment organization, such as (but not limited to): Fulfilment Eng. & Technicians Warehouse personnel Logistic Other duties may be assigned. In this role, you’ll need … Master’s or Engineering degree, Experience in medical area preferred, At least 6 years of related experience including team management (supervisors or specialists) Proficient English & Polish (spoken and written) Proficient experience with SAP and other types of systems Vast experience in managing materials and products Experience in generating and monitoring Corrective and/or Preventive Actions Teamwork oriented Ability to generate, present and communicate various priority urgency issues at all levels of the manufacturing organization in a concise and effective manner. Ability to form and motivate work teams under specific approaches of continuous improvement and direct impact on product quality.
