Opis stanowiska:

• Own material readiness for prototype and pre-series builds: ensure parts availability, delivery plans, constraints and recovery actions are visible and managed.
• Manage purchasing of materials and components for prototype and pre-series boats from approved suppliers.
• Place and follow purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring on-time and complete deliveries; lead expediting for critical items.
• Align with Engineering on BOM readiness, specifications and change control (ECNs); assess supply impact and execute phase-in/phase-out to avoid wrong or obsolete parts.
• Track delivery schedules, monitor shortages and take proactive actions to prevent build or production delays.
• Coordinate with Quality and Production on nonconformities and delivery issues, ensuring quick containment and agreed corrective actions.
• Coordinate with sourcing on commercial topics (awarded suppliers, pricing/terms, framework compliance) and ensure project orders follow agreed conditions.
• Liaise with serial purchasing to ensure smooth transfer after SOP: open order clean-up, lead times, MOQs/order multiples, logistics setup, packaging/instructions and master data completeness.
• Support NPI/prototype project reviews from procurement perspective (lead time risks, supplier constraints, mitigation options).
• Maintain order status, supplier communication records and master data in ERP and SharePoint.
• Prepare progress reports on material readiness, critical parts, risks and corrective actions; escalate early with clear facts.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lessons-learned sessions to improve NPI procurement routines.
• Comply with procurement procedures, ethical standards and safety requirements.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in operational purchasing, project procurement or supply coordination in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with purchase orders, supplier follow-up, expediting and shortage handling.
• Comfort working with Engineering and Bill of Materials in a changing environment; able to manage change impacts on orders and availability.
• Confident user of ERP and Excel; disciplined about clean order and master data, and clear status reporting.
• Strong follow-up and prioritisation skills; escalates early with facts and proposed actions.
• Calm and resilient under pressure; able to keep builds moving under tight schedules and changes.
• Fluent in English; Polish is an advantage.
