We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support our Commercial Team operating on the Swiss market. The role focuses on business-oriented Scrum facilitation rather than purely technical delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive and mature professional who can coach, mentor, and inspire teams while fostering collaboration between Product Owners, stakeholders, and senior management. YOU WILL Coach Scrum Teams and Product Owners on Agile best practices, leveraging both personal and external experience. Train and mentor fresh and in-mature teams, guiding them toward higher agility and delivery performance. Facilitate effective Retrospectives, surface conflicts, and drive continuous improvement in morale and efficiency. Act as a risk manager for your team, collaborating closely with Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization (cost of delay), and product roadmaps. Promote and evolve Agile frameworks and new ways of working, proactively seeking innovation and alignment with business needs. Apply your knowledge of at least one Agile scaling framework (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) under the guidance of a senior Scrum Master. Ensure delivery of high-quality product increments on a regular basis. Standardize communication and share best practices across the organization. YOU NEED 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach in an international business environment. Solid understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience with Scrum or Kanban frameworks. Ability to coach both teams and Product Owners in product management, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder communication. Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills; ability to maintain calm and composure under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills — including senior management interactions. Fluent English (German or French would be an advantage).
