Your Key Responsibilities Analyzing business requirements and designing SAP core and side-by-side solutions for Schaeffler’s Order Generation Process and Launch Management Process in close collaboration with business stakeholders Preparing and maintaining functional specifications, managing configuration settings, and executing testing in close collaboration with business stakeholders Coordinating and managing implementations in collaboration with developers and relevant stakeholders Managing APIs and integrations with related applications Supporting deployment activities and go-live coordination Your Qualifications Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or a related field Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, especially in the SD module and API Management Knowledge of SAP DMS, PP, InterFirma, GTS, or Quality Management modules is an advantage Proficiency in quotation processes, ideally in the automotive sector Experience with PLM processes such as Launch Management or Engineering Change Management Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure Knowledge of SQL databases Experience with agile methods, e.g. Scrum would be beneficial Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency Knowledge of German is considered an asset Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style with a strong quality mindset and analytical, conceptual thinking Strong communication and assertiveness skills, combined with the ability to work effectively in a team Willingness to travel occasionally (at least once per year) Our Offer Be a part of a global Firma & international team with a diverse variety of backgrounds, skills and views.
