About the project

Hi there! If you’re looking for a high-impact Stanowisko in an ambitious software house, we’ve got a match for you!

We are looking for a Python Engineer with FastAPI experience. Our new Specialist will be working with the client, a US Firma developing a platform to help maximize Jira performance.

Your responsibilities
  • Development and continuous improvement of the platform.
  • Working with MySQL, including query optimization and performance tuning.
  • Managing and maintaining database migrations using Alembic.
  • Integrating and working with AWS services.
  • Integrating external services, including the Stripe API.
  • Writing and maintaining automated tests using pytest and pytest-asyncio.
  • Implementing and maintaining message queues (e.g. Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis) for task orchestration.
  • Applying distributed systems patterns to build scalable and reliable solutions.
Our requirements
  • Min. 5 years of experience as a Python Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience with FastAPI and asynchronous Python (asyncio, uvicorn).
  • Solid knowledge of SQLAlchemy and SQLModel.
  • Good understanding of REST API design principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with AWS services, particularly Cognito, S3.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized applications
Optional
  • Sentry monitoring experience.
  • Load testing (Locust) practice.
  • Skills in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub).
