Serve as the primary technical bridge between Product Management, Engineering, and Business groups to align goals and deliverables. Provide strong architectural guidance and leadership to your direct reports and partner teams. Have a proven successful track record of leading and empowering software development teams for data intensive SaaS products. ~7+ years of software development experience, including at least three years leading engineering teams. ~ Show curiosity through asking questions, digging into new technologies, and always trying to grow. ~ Our current technology stack: React, TypeScript, Node.Js, GraphQL, Apollo Cloud: AWS and Databricks Data Engineering & Backend: Python, SQL, Pandas, Pydantic, Apache Airflow, FastAPI Option to work as a B2B contractor or full-time employee Full-time employees: 100% remote work (or hybrid if you prefer, we have coworking place in center of Warsaw)
