Stanowisko Overview We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO ensures the Firma executes its strategy efficiently, drives operational scalability, and maintains a high-performance culture across all departments. Strategic Planning Execution Strategy Implementation: Translate the CEO's long-term vision and strategic goals into clear, actionable operational plans and departmental targets. Performance Monitoring: Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, reporting performance insights to the CEO and recommending corrective actions. Growth Scalability: Lead initiatives that build the necessary infrastructure, technology, and organizational structure to support and manage sustainable Firma growth.
