Your Job The Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for coordination of internal Supply Chain case management process. The role involves building long-term relationships with customers, using language and interpersonal skills. The role includes phone communications, coordination and validation of the cases, cases dispatch function between supply chain streams, development of internal customer-supplier relationships in collaboration with multiple Supply Chain streams on the follow-up of customers’ requests. The Stanowisko is based in Katowice, Polska. Our Team The role will involve cooperation with customers. Customer Experience Coordinator is a key contact between the back-office teams and the Customer, SC members and the plant. In that scope, Customer Experience Coordinator is to identify, understand and complete customers’ requests, coming through email and through our service portal to provide them with the most suitable solution. This requires an excellent knowledge of the process and to successfully navigate around diversity of customer requests to allocate solutions to right workstreams. What You Will Do Support the Order Management Process, including pre-and post-order activities. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner. Monitoring customer satisfaction levels Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. Play an integral part in improving the service and timely execution that will turn into personal development, long-lasting relationships, and business efficiencies. Maintaining a positive image of the Firma Establishing long-term customer relationships Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Fluent in English
