We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help build, operate, and continuously improve the infrastructure, deployment processes, and reliability of our platform. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and automation frameworks that support our applications and engineering teams.
This is a hands-on role for someone who has experience managing production environments and enjoys solving complex infrastructure and operational challenges. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Security, and Product teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance, while driving automation and operational excellence across the organization. Over time, you’ll have opportunities to lead infrastructure initiatives, improve platform architecture, and influence DevOps best practices throughout the Firma.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a related role.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles and experience with tools such as Crossplane, Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
- Experience administering Linux-based systems and troubleshooting infrastructure, networking, and application-level issues.
- Working knowledge of databases, including performance tuning, backup strategies, upgrades, and operational support.
- Experience supporting distributed systems and platform services such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Redis, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, VPNs, firewalls, VPCs, and service-to-service communication.
- Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or OpenTelemetry.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate complex production issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience collaborating across engineering and business teams.
- Advanced proficiency in English & Polish, both written and spoken (B2+).
