  • 6+ years in data analytics or related fields
  • Strong experience with Hadoop or Google Cloud Platform
  • Skilled in technical business analysis, requirements gathering and solution design
  • Agile/Scrum experience; familiar with Confluence and JIRA
  • Expertise in system analysis to identify gaps and improve systems by understanding technical aspects such as APIs, data mapping and integration
  • Experience with data governance processes, data lake architectures and metadata
  • Understanding of data architecture and data modelling
  • Bonus: NoSQL experience (e.g. MongoDB) and financial services knowledge
