As a Workplace Assistant you will join a Workplace Team and will contribute to providing positive work environment for all employees. This role is varied and involves a mixture of facilities duties, administration, cooperating with vendors, support for employees and visitors. What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Contributing to day-to-day running of the office
  • Cooperating with vendor’s
  • Cover the reception desk from time to time: greeting visitors, arrange courier collections, sorting and distributing post for the whole office
  • Helping preparing communication to all colleagues
  • Supporting organization of different events in the office
  • Assisting in maintaining security by following procedures, such as issuing access control cards, employees lockers’ management, parking cards management
  • Reporting facilities issues to vendors and reacting to colleagues reports on all aspects related to the office
  • Ensuring adequate stationery and kitchen supply is maintained all the time and ordering supply when needed
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the line manager.

  • Education: university degree or active students with full time availability
  • Language proficiency: must have the ability to communicate (verbal & written) proficiently in English
  • Excel knowledge
