As a Packaging Engineer you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the packaging development and new product introduction on EMEA markets. Manage projects of packaging optimisation and cost saving in multi-cultural and multi-functional environment.

• Co-ordinate the projects with the internal Energizer plants, with the external suppliers and/or the co-packers from the request to the implementation and follow until availability in the warehouse.

• Manage the Feasibility Cost Requests related to batteries, chargers and flashlights to answer to the European Brand marketing and/or the local marketing all the information about feasibility, costs and leadtime.

• Leading cost improvement projects and supporting quality projects.

• Support in subjects of environmental and health and safety standards and legislation

• Experience in packaging development and project management, ideally in FMCG environment (>3 years)

• Packaging and printing technology knowledge will be a plus.

• Good skills in MS Office (especially Excel) & SAP knowledge will be an advantage.

• Fluent in English

• Qualified bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field, graduated with packaging/printing/material background or project management is highly desirable.
