THE WORK:
Coordinating and managing on the progress of reported tickets with technical teams.
Providing high-quality support standards.
Maintaining the highest standards of communication from the beginning to the end of the ticket processing.
Actively monitoring the processes and communicating any problems to the technical teams.
We are working in equivalent working time: the hours are flexible subject; we are working 24/7; we also support services at weekends and public holidays.
Our basket of tasks is very diverse and dynamic and include areas such as communication, resolving issues, and overnight batch monitoring.

Basic knowledge of various monitoring tools (Grafana, Zabbix, DataDog) and different cloud solutions (Azure, AWS).
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of ITIL Service Management framework or an interest in acquiring such knowledge.

If you are willing to be a happy business card of our company for our clients, and have IT experience, you are the one we are waiting for.
It would be great if you have commercial experience in working with global teams, customers and stakeholders are mostly UK based.
Basic knowledge of different ITSM tools (Jira Cloud, Service Now).
Experience with Teams, Outlook and other communication tools.
Fluency in Polish and communicative English (B2), you will be part of international teams.
