What the day will look like

In this role, you will support international pricing coordination activities while developing strong analytical and collaborator management skills in a collaborative environment. Your day-to-day work will include:

Preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation (local files, master file, and Kraj-by-Kraj reporting support) and supporting compliance processes
Collecting, validating, and analysing financial and operational data related to interFirma transactions
Performing financial and economic analyses, including benchmarking, profitability reviews, and financial modelling using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx
Reviewing and reconciling interFirma transaction data for compliance, planning, and audit readiness
Collaborating closely with finance, business, and tax teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow
Conducting research on global transfer pricing regulations and summarising implications for the organisation
Supporting tax audits through preparation of analyses and documentation
Contributing to process improvements, tools, and controls for transfer pricing and tax activities
Preparing clear, accessible communications and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences
Participating in project work related to transfer pricing and broader tax initiatives

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with strong curiosity about tax or transfer pricing
Fluency in English (written and spoken) and ability to communicate complex topics clearly
Strong analytical mindset with experience (or willingness to develop) in financial modelling and working with large datasets
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI, Alteryx, Workday, or similar tools is an advantage
Ability to coordinate work effectively, prioritize multiple priorities, and collaborate in international, cross-functional teams
