ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Lead accounting, finance and reporting for the CEE entities: Polska, Moldova and Czechy.
• Ensure accurate accounting books, monthly and annual closings, statutory reporting and group reporting.
• Manage tax compliance, including VAT, CIT, WHT, transfer pricing and local reporting obligations.
• Prepare budgets, monitor performance, and provide financial and business analysis to support management decisions.
• Coordinate audits and cooperate with auditors, tax advisors, banks, public authorities and headquarters.
• Improve finance processes, internal controls, ERP setup, e-invoicing, invoice workflow and automation.
• Manage and support the regional finance team, ensuring clear responsibilities, backup coverage and continuity.

WYMAGANIA:

• Higher education in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• Strong practical experience in accounting, financial closing, statutory reporting and tax compliance.
• Experience as a Chief Accountant, Finance Manager or similar role in a multi-entity or international environment.
• Good understanding of budgeting, financial analysis and business support.
• Experience managing or coordinating a finance/accounting team.
• Fluent business English.
• Knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Experience with finance process improvement, automation or digitalization is an advantage.
