  • Fixed asset junior accountant reports to European Manager of Account Payable and Fixed Asset and is responsible for maintaining accurate asset records, processing additions and disposals, assisting with month-end close activities, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
  • Maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring timely and accurate recording of asset additions, transfers, disposals, and retirements.
  • Process capitalization of assets according to Firma policy and accounting standards.
  • Assist with calculation and posting of monthly depreciation and amortization.
  • Ensure proper classification of assets (e.g., machinery, IT equipment, furniture, leasehold improvements).
  • Support monthly close activities related to fixed assets, including journal entries, reconciliations, and depreciation postings.
  • Prepare schedules and analysis for balance sheet accounts related to fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
  • Assist in preparing reports for internal stakeholders, auditors, and management.
Nasze wymagania
  • University degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting/Economy or similar
  • At least 1+ years of experience within SSC environment in a related process area and/or accounting
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Very good level of written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop
