- Build and lead a high-performing SMB Team.
- Recruit, onboard and develop your Direct Reports.
- Help your team achieve ambitious commercial targets through coaching, guidance and performance management.

Our requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, Consulting or a fast-paced start-up environment.
- 2+ years of People management experience or a strong motivation to grow as a leader.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial acumen and a results-driven attitude.
- Good written and spoken communication in Polish and English.
- Proactive, organized and eager to learn.
