Profile: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership Stanowisko. Manufacturing industry background, preferrably in T1 Automotive Strong knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS reporting. Proven experience with tax compliance, audits, and statutory reporting. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency required). Excellent command of English (both written and verbal); proficiency in local language preferred. Demonstrated experience managing banking relationships, external auditors, and government entities.
