ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

We are currently looking for a Brand NPI Project Coordinator to join our Central Europe marketing team. In this role, youll be a key player in leading innovation projects and managing new product initiatives across markets, ensuring timely execution and cross-functional alignment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Manage New Product Initiatives (NPIs) across multiple Central European markets - plan already in scope.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on brand development, packaging, compliance, and regulatory approvals
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and in full (OTIF), with governance and creative asset approval compliance
• Keep project systems updated and ensure all documentation and processes are aligned with internal standards
• Act as a connector between marketing, supply chain, product centers, and other key stakeholders

ESSENTIAL EPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• 2-3 years of experience in Project Management, marketing acumen can be an advantage.
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership and excellent planning abilities
• Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multinational FMCG environment
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally MS Project
• Fluent in English
• Bachelors degree in project management, business, or a related field
